I am a trained physicist interested in using network science to model the emergent and self-organizing features of complex systems. During my Master's, I worked with applications of statistical physics to the neuroscience of psychedelic-induced altered brain states. In particular, I developed a threshold-free calculation of the entropy of correlation matrices from neuroimaging data. Currently, I am working on extensions to that method by using topological data analysis in an effort to tackle the higher-order interactions of brain functional networks.
