We are proud to share that the Department of Network and Data Science was well represented at StatPhys29, the largest international conference on statistical physics.
- Prof. János Kertész opened the conference in his role as Chair of the Statistical Physics Commission of the International Union of Pure and Applied Physics (IUPAP).
- PhD students Helcio Felippe and Jun Yamamoto presented their ongoing research in the form of oral contributed talks.
- Visiting Professor Tiago P. Peixoto delivered an invited lecture on his recent work.
It was great to see our department so actively engaged in the StatPhys community!
