I have a background in physics, with studies across various institutions in Italy and Europe. In 2018, I graduated in Physics of Complex Systems after completing my master’s thesis during a visiting period at the Department of Network and Data Science at CEU. Following graduation, I worked for a year as a Junior Research Scientist at the ISI Foundation in Turin, contributing to the Lagrange Project on Data Science and Social Impact. My Ph.D. research focused on how socioeconomic status shapes social networks and human mobility. During this time, I collaborated with UNICEF Innovation, completed a three-month research visit at the MIT Media Lab, and spent seven months as a Data Science Research Fellow at the United Nations Global Pulse.
